To secure a direct booking, we take a 20% deposit by bank transfer.
On receipt of your deposit, we will reserve the booking for you.
The remaining balance is due 9 weeks prior to the start of the rental and we also ask for an additional £200 security deposit against any significant breakages, damage or late departure. This is returnable within 10 days of the end of the rental.
The cottages are only available to rent together as a single holiday let.
Weekly rates are available Friday to Friday [7 nights].
Short breaks are available either from Friday to Monday [3 nights] or mid week from Monday to Friday [4 nights].
Arrival time is from 4pm on the first day and departure time is by 10am on the final day.
